- Download, save, and unzip one of the following zip files, depending on the version of MS Access that you are using:
- If you are using Access2000, download, save, and unzip the Access2000 UPS Setup files from this location: http://www.onesourcesoftware.net/webinstall/UPSWorldShip_Acc2000SetupFiles.zip
- If you are using AccessXP or Access2003, download, save, and unzip the AccessXP/2003 UPS Setup files from this location: http://www.onesourcesoftware.net/webinstall/UPSWorldShip_AccXP2003SetupFiles.zip
- Copy OneSource.dat (Mapping file) file to UPS WorldShip install directory. (This is most likely the c:\ups\uows\impexp\shipment).
- Copy UPSData.mdb
to the directly where your Company Data File is located (which is
typically on your file server). Note: This does NOT have to be in the
OneSource data directory - just a recommendation.
- Open OneSource.
- Using the Tools menu, select Company Setup and Preferences, then select the Global tab.
- If not already entered for you, in the UPS Worldship Install Directory & Database field, enter C:\UPS\UOWS\upsdb.mdb (or whatever the UPS install directory is).
- If not already entered for you, in the OneSource UPS Reference Database field, enter C:\UPS\UOWS\UPSData.mdb (or whatever the UPS install directory is)
- Click on Create ODBC Connection icon.
- Upon success, click the Close button.
