- Preliminary (Helper) Files. (These files need to be downloaded and filed out FIRST as many of these values will be used in some of the main files--like the Customers, Suppliers, and Inventory files)

- (301) Master Inventory Items List (Basic Fields) - Template File. This template is a list of the most commonly used fields in the Inventory table in OneSource. This is the 'Master' item list that tracks which physical items you sell, where they are located, how many are on order, etc..
- (301a) Master Inventory Items List (All Fields) - Template File. This template is a list of ALL of the fields used in the Inventory table in OneSource. (Note: This file is intended to be used in PLACE of the Master Inventory Items List (Basic Fields) if necessary).
- (302) Inventory Items CATALOG (Year, Make, Model Search Data) - Template File. This template file is a list of all related 'catalog' search fields - to enable searching for any particular part using the individual year, make, model application info to find the part). NOTE: If you plan to subscribe to the OneSource Partslink data file this file will NOT be necessary to create or import your Inventory Item List Catalog - unless you intend to import catalog search fields for NON Partslink items).
