Normally when you are ready to create a deposit slip (for your bank) you have to hand write each check # and amount, etc on a deposit slip. Using the (Quickbooks style) Pre-Printed Deposited slips OneSource can automatically print a deposit slip with the cash totaled up and up to 18 checks (along with a voucher to tear off for your own records that shows a replica of the deposit given to the bank and then a list of each Check #, Check Amount, and the Customer Name below that).
To order OneSource (QuickBooks style) pre-printed, lazer deposit slips (with your own banking information pre-printed on them) click here.
To print a Pre-Printed deposit slip: Open the Check Writer Deposit screen > click Print > select Pre-Printed Deposit Slip.
