How to perform online credit card authorizations in OneSource

Setting Up OneSource to Process Credit Cards
- You will need an Authorize.net account.
- You will need to enter certain Authorize.Net settings in OneSource.
- Note: If you do not have an Authorize.net account click here for more information.
Using the Sales Order or Invoice screens:
- Click on the Payments button.
- Click on the Credit Card button.
- Select the Customer’s card from the list (or if the card is not on the list, click the Add a New Card button).

- Enter the credit card information.
- Click Save and Exit when complete.
- Click Submit Transaction.
- If the transaction was approved an approval message will be displayed in green.
- If there was an error, an error message will be displayed in red.
Using the Receive Payments form:
- Open the Receive Payments form.
- Select the Customer from the drop down list.
- Select the payment type from the How Paid drop down list.
- If the customer has that type of credit
card already entered in OneSource, the credit card information will fill
in automatically. Otherwise the credit card number and expiration date
can be entered manually.
- Allocate the payment amount.
- Click the Apply button.
- When the message box pops up asking if you want to process the credit card, click Yes.
- If the transaction was approved and approval message will be displayed in green.
- If there was an error, an error message will be displayed in red.
